Tripti Mehta

Most workplace content tells you what companies do. The more interesting question is how people feel working there, and whether anyone is honest enough to write about it.

That is the editorial premise behind Employee Happiness Daily, and it is where Tripti works as Assistant Editor, covering the conversations that sit at the intersection of leadership, culture, and organisational life.

She comes from a B2B editorial background across multiple publications and industries. Different subjects, different audiences, same discipline: find what actually matters in a story and lead with that. Everything else is noise.

At EH Daily, she works on content that goes beyond the official version of company culture; the features and conversations that acknowledge work is personal, even when it is professional. She is comfortable in unfamiliar territory. Editorially speaking, that tends to produce better work.

She believes that a well-told story, like a well-chosen book, stays with you long after you have put it down.
