Fahad Rashad is the Chief Executive Officer of HR Lines Company, with over 19 years of experience in human resources strategy, organizational management, and executive leadership across leading local and international organizations.
 

He began his career at Bank Albilad and progressed into senior leadership roles, leading transformation initiatives at major entities including the National Center for Privatization & PPP, Zain Telecommunications, Novartis, Eli Lilly, and Diaverum. He has also served as Director of Shared Services at an organization under the Misk Foundation, Chief Human Resources Officer at Wallan Holding, and HR consultant for Sawani, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company.
 

Fahad holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from King Saud University and multiple professional certifications in strategic management, labor consulting, and compensation and benefits design. He has led several HR and digital transformation projects using platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Menaitech, and Jisr, and is known for building strong HR systems that support growth in complex and fast-changing environments.

In 2025, he was recognized among the Top 100 HR Leaders in Saudi Arabia for his contributions to the field of human resources.
