Ku Sim Ling, widely known as “AuntyHR” and playfully referred to as the “Professional Bimbo,” is a seasoned HR expert with over 20 years of experience in the workforce solutions industry. Formerly the Corporate Services Director at a leading multinational in Malaysia, she made a bold and inspiring career pivot at 45 to follow her passion, becoming an HR influencer in 2023.
 

Recognised for her impact, she was nominated for the TikTok Awards Malaysia 2024 in the Education Creator of the Year category. Through her platform, AuntyHR advocates for workforce harmony and champions the importance of continuous learning, delivering her message with a distinctive mix of humour and practical insight.

She has also served as a panel member of the Malaysian Industrial Court, representing employers, and holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Electronics with a major in Computer Engineering from Multimedia University. A certified HRDC TTT trainer, she is the founder of the #DilarangBodoh campaign under Bimbo Society, a self-awareness initiative aimed at challenging workplace norms and encouraging personal growth.
