HR Lead / Business Partner - West Gulf Cluster (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain)

Norah Bindakhil works at the intersection of people, pressure, and possibilities, where organizations are expected to grow fast without losing themselves.
She is an HR Lead and Business Partner for the West Gulf Cluster, covering Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain. Her journey spans global healthcare and med-tech organizations such as Medtronic, Zimmer Biomet, and Takeda, as well as NEOM, a nation-building experience deeply rooted in Saudi Vision 2030. Vision 2030 feels personal to her, serving as a reminder that the boldest progress is the kind that does not ask people to forget who they are, but challenges them to evolve with confidence, responsibility, and purpose.
Her HR philosophy is simple: people strategy should be brave, practical, and human enough to survive reality. She believes HR does its best work when it helps leaders think clearly under pressure, build trust before it is tested, and create cultures that can bend without breaking. When she is not shaping people strategy or helping leaders stay steady in volatile markets, she is usually doing the opposite — moving, traveling, reading, or chasing adrenaline through extreme sports, then slowing everything down with animals and intentional solitude. For her, staying true to who you are is the healthiest way not to drift and the surest way back on track, because staying human is the only sustainable strategy she believes in.
