Her HR philosophy is simple: people strategy should be brave, practical, and human enough to survive reality. When she is not shaping people strategy or helping leaders stay steady in volatile markets, she is usually doing the opposite — moving, traveling, reading, or chasing adrenaline through extreme sports, then slowing everything down with animals and intentional solitude.
