Dubai Land Department to Expand Emirati Career Opportunities
Dubai Land Department is hosting its fourth Real Estate Day for Emirati Employment, connecting UAE nationals with employers and supporting long-term career development across the property sector.

Dubai Land Department (DLD) is hosting the fourth edition of Real Estate Day for Emirati Employment on 29 October 2026, bringing together UAE nationals and private-sector employers to explore career opportunities across Dubai's real estate industry.
The event, scheduled at Address Sky View Hotel, aims to strengthen Emirati participation in the workforce by providing direct access to potential employers, career guidance and information about professional development opportunities.
Connecting Emirati Talent With Employers
Organised in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis), and the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, the event will welcome Emirati jobseekers, students and graduates.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with companies operating across the real estate sector, explore available positions and gain a better understanding of recruitment requirements.
The initiative is intended to help candidates identify suitable career pathways while enabling participating employers to connect with national talent.
For students and recent graduates, the event will provide an opportunity to understand the qualifications, skills and professional experience associated with different roles in the property industry.
Supporting Emiratisation Through Career Development
The fourth edition builds on Dubai Land Department's Real Estate Empowerment Programme, which has helped create more than 2,100 employment opportunities for UAE nationals between 2023 and 2026.
Developed through collaboration with government entities and private-sector companies, the programme supports efforts to increase Emirati representation across real estate professions.
Beyond connecting jobseekers with employers, the initiative reflects the importance of developing a sustainable national workforce equipped with industry-relevant skills.
As Dubai's property sector continues to evolve, specialised knowledge, professional training and long-term career progression remain important considerations for both employees and organisations.
Strengthening Private-Sector Workforce Participation
The employment event forms part of wider efforts to support Emiratisation and expand opportunities for UAE nationals within the private sector.
These objectives align with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, which emphasise human capital development and long-term economic competitiveness.
For employers, initiatives of this kind provide an opportunity to engage with prospective candidates and communicate the skills required for different positions.
For Emirati professionals, direct interaction with companies can offer greater clarity about employment expectations, workplace responsibilities and potential career progression.
Creating Pathways for Future Professionals
Dubai Land Department has invited Emirati jobseekers, including students and graduates, to attend the event and explore opportunities across the real estate industry.
By bringing employers and prospective employees together, the initiative aims to strengthen the connection between national talent development and private-sector workforce requirements.
The event also highlights the role of government-industry collaboration in improving access to employment and supporting longer-term career opportunities for UAE nationals.
