Sultana Al Amri is a Happiness General Manager and workplace wellbeing strategist dedicated to designing human-centered cultures that drive sustainable performance. With a strong background in organizational development and employee experience, she works at the intersection of leadership, culture, and business strategy.
Sultana specializes in embedding happiness and wellbeing into organizational systems rather than treating them as standalone initiatives. Her work focuses on leadership development, engagement strategy, recognition frameworks, and experience design across the employee lifecycle.
Recognized as one of the Top Workplace Wellbeing Voices in the region, she is a speaker, advisor, and advocate for purpose-driven leadership. She was appointed as the first Happiness Ambassador by the United Nations Friends Federation in 2020, in recognition of her efforts to promote happiness and wellbeing at both organizational and community levels. In 2024, she earned her MBA in Organizational Happiness from Lisbon, Portugal, strengthening her academic and practical approach to building thriving and sustainable workplaces.
