Hind Lagraich is the Group HR Director at Omorfia Group, a leading beauty and wellness Group operating across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. She is a purpose-led people leader with extensive experience shaping talent strategy, organisational transformation, and workforce excellence in large, service-driven and multi-brand environments. Hind has held senior HR roles across prominent regional groups, including Landmark Group and Al Ghurair Investment Group, where she led leadership development, succession planning, Localisation efforts, and enterprise-wide culture and engagement initiatives.
