Christina Moh Appointed CHRO at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Yishun Community Hospital
After serving as Deputy CHRO, Christina Moh steps into the top HR leadership role, bringing more than 30 years of experience to lead the people agenda across both healthcare institutions.

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Yishun Community Hospital (YCH) have appointed Christina Moh as their new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), marking a leadership transition that reinforces the hospitals' continued focus on workforce transformation, employee experience and organisational capability.
Moh succeeds Cynthia Lee, who is stepping down as CHRO after six years to take on an expanded role as Director, Group HR at NHG Health.
Since joining KTPH and YCH as HR Director in August 2024 and subsequently serving as Deputy CHRO from August 2025, Moh has played a key role in advancing the hospitals' HR agenda. According to the hospitals, she has driven initiatives in workforce optimization and transformation, strengthened HR governance, and enhanced end-to-end HR service delivery. She brings more than 30 years of HR leadership experience to her new role.
Prior to joining KTPH and YCH, Moh held senior HR leadership positions across multinational organisations, including serving as HR Director, Asia Pacific – Research Analytics, Scientific, Technical & Medical Education at Elsevier, where she led HR initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.
The leadership transition also marks the next chapter for Cynthia Lee, whose six-year tenure as CHRO helped shape the people strategy at both hospitals. Under her leadership, staff wellbeing became deeply embedded within the organisational culture, contributing to stronger employee engagement and national recognition for KTPH and YCH. She also strengthened leadership development by creating learning opportunities that enabled key talent to build capabilities and prepare for future leadership roles.
Lee's contributions were further recognised with Singapore's Public Administration Medal (Silver) (COVID-19). As she moves into her new role at NHG Health, the transition reflects continued investment in experienced HR leadership across Singapore's public healthcare sector.
For healthcare organisations, strategic HR leadership continues to play an increasingly important role in strengthening workforce resilience, developing future leaders and supporting employee wellbeing.
